Job Summary Service Supervisor | Luxury Safari Lodge | Sabi Sands, South Africa Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Service Supervisor for a Luxury Safari Lodge in Sabi Sands. This role ensures all service staff deliver exceptional guest experiences, while maintaining high standards in beverage and food service. Requirements: Experience in luxury F&B service and guest relations Strong knowledge of wines, beverages, and menu pairings Understanding of stock control, hygiene, and operational procedures Team player with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail South African or valid work permit Key Responsibilities: Supervise service staff and maintain consistency in service standards Prepare and serve beverages, including specialty drinks, and train staff Promote communication between Kitchen and Service teams Manage stock, POS, and inventory of service equipment Investigate and resolve guest complaints promptly Review beverage menus, analyze costs, and maintain profit margins Ensure equipment is maintained and operational Package: Competitive salary (negotiable) Live-in accommodation and meals on duty Uniform and operational support Opportunities for growth within a respected luxury lodge group To apply, send your CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo today Only candidates meeting the requirements will be contacted.
