Title: Service Manager
Location: Pretoria
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department
- Manage a team of technicians and customer service representatives
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers
- Develop and implement service policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a service management role
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of service industry best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
