Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' proven experience as a Service Manager within a franchise dealership or commercial environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Volkswagen and Audi vehicles (essential).
- Stable employment history with excellent, contactable references.
- Solid leadership and staff management skills.
- Strong technical understanding of motor vehicle servicing and workshop operations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Oversee daily operations of the service department.
- Manage workshop productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the service team.
- Monitor performance, implement processes, and drive profitability.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards.
