Senior Certificate
Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration (Advantageous)
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (essential)
Experience:
2 years+ in a socio-economic development environment
3-5 years strong administration experience

Key Duties (but not limited to):
Socio -Economic Development
Liaise with branches and beneficiaries regarding donations.
Liaise with branches & beneficiary organizations for donations deliveries
Branch donations system authorizations
Prepare proposal requests from organizations for management review
Arrange photography of handover
Update records for Socio -Economic Development reports and BEE Audit
Ensure all requests /proposals are responded to in writing and records kept
Follow up on all projects for correct documentation returns/reports.
Gather relevant Section 18A Tax Receipts for SED spend for Finance Dept
Mystery Telephone Shopping
Liaise with team conducting Telephonic Mystery Shopping
Manage sequence of surveys to meet Operational requirements
Review of MTS survey reports & divisional average reports
Send MTS shopping reports for nomination updates
Ensure that all reports are sent to the manager
Ensure that all branches, regions, divisions are updated for Ask Africa
Mystery Shopping Instore
Provide product details for all brands
Update global list of new and closed branches
Service Excellence Campaign
Regular review of GEM elements stock holding
Ensure that GEM items are sent to new branches
Liaise with branches re GEM requirements.
General Administration duties
Provide assistance and support to other functions in department where required
Responsible for record keeping and continuous reporting on various projects
Maintain the Group SED and CSI Website
Act s media liaison if and when needed
Arrange and coordinate various awards and hand over ceremonies
Manage and maintain employee recognition information and database
