Join our team as a Service Desk Administrator and work on cutting-edge projects!

Our ideal candidates must have working knowledge and skills to perform a defined set of analytical/scientific methods or operational processes. Apply experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise. Work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods. Works with a moderate degree of supervision.

Essential Functions:

  • Call Management, Desktop Support, Fault finding/troubleshooting, training, knowledge sharing, remote and telephonic support, and problem-solving.
Qualifications Required:
  • Grade 12
Qualifications Preferred:
  • A+, N+, MCSD, ITIL v4 Foundation
Experience Required:
  • 2 years of practical in-service delivery, solid ME SD+ experience, and desktop support generalist
Work Environment:
  • Office Plant Environment
Location:
  • Industries West, Germiston
Fixed Term Contract - 3 Months
