About this opportunity:




Ericsson is seeking a new addition to our team in the role of Service Delivery Line Manager. In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting our sales services, whether directly or through the contributions of your unit. Your objective will be to fully understand and align with Ericsson's Service Delivery Processes, Models, Tools, and Strategies, ensuring all work is executed safely and according to Occupational Health and Safety requirements. Your responsibilities will cover both our internal workforce and Associate Resource Partners / Associate Service Partners. As a Service Delivery Line Manager, you are expected to embody and promote Ericsson's leadership framework, upholding our corporate values, ethics, and culture, thereby ensuring excellent performance.

What you will do:



Ensure the effective application of Performance Management to foster a better understanding and adherence to our processes, methods, and tools. Conduct Resource and Competence Management to guarantee appropriately skilled resources are available at optimal costs. Handle unit finance to secure a budget for the unit. Ensure the execution of service delivery is in line with defined KPIs/SLAs/targets, enabling us to understand and deliver according to the contract. Support service sales to enhance our delivery capabilities. Apply the Service Delivery Strategy, translating it into actionable plans at a unit level.
