Job Description

Job Summary An experienced Service Centre Manager is required for permanent employment in the East Rand. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all operations and sales functions within a busy service centre environment, aligned with the company's customer service and sales strategy. This hands-on leadership role includes quality management, debtors control, financial oversight, and sales performance management, with a focus on solution selling and building strong client relationships. Industry experience in rental solutions, material handling, or working-at-height equipment is essential, along with knowledge of the mining, construction, and industrial sectors. Familiarity with OSHAS and safety regulations is required. A proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, manage resources efficiently, and achieve commercial targets will be key to success. o Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Advantage) o Grade 12 (Matric) o Minimum of 5 Years Service Centre Management experience. o 5 years Operational management experience required. o 3 years' Experience in Logistics and technical environments. o Equipment, truck, and vehicle fleet management experience. o 3 Years' Experience in managing a staff complement of not less than 20 people. o Forklift industry experience would be an advantage o Interested applications are requested to submit their updated CV's (in Word.doc format) via email using Ref # 2349
