Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Service Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing service performance, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve service delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, a good understanding of IT service management processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze service performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Monitor and report on key service metrics and SLAs.

Assist in the development and implementation of service improvement plans.

Create and maintain service reports and dashboards for management.

Collaborate with service owners and delivery teams to gather and analyze service-related data.

Participate in service review meetings and provide data-driven insights.

Assist with the documentation of service management processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Experience in a service analyst, business analyst, or similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management concepts is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
