Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for service clientsSchedule service appointments and manage workshop bookings efficientlyLiaise between customers and technicians to ensure clear communicationProvide accurate estimates and explain service/repair processesMaintain updated records of vehicle history and servicesEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and uphold brand standardsMinimum of 23 years experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environmentKnowledge of motor dealership operations and vehicle servicingStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesExperience with industry-related software (e.g., Kerridge, Autoline, Automate) is advantageousValid South African drivers licence
