Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for service clients
Schedule service appointments and manage workshop bookings efficiently
Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication
Provide accurate estimates and explain service/repair processes
Maintain updated records of vehicle history and services
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and uphold brand standards
Minimum of 23 years experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment
Knowledge of motor dealership operations and vehicle servicing
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Experience with industry-related software (e.g., Kerridge, Autoline, Automate) is advantageous
Valid South African drivers licence
