Key Responsibilities:
Book and manage client service appointments
Handle job cards, authorizations, and invoicing
Provide consistent, professional customer service
Liaise with workshop and clients to ensure smooth service delivery
Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a Premium brand dealership (Essential)
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Valid Driver’s License
Matric Certificate
Clear ITC and Criminal Record
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: R18 000 – R25 000 (Negotiable based on experience)
