Job Description
NTT Audi Centre Paarl is looking for a
service advisor
/warranty costing clerk
to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Making bookings
- Booking in vehicles
- Authorizations
- Handling customers
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
- Assisting customers with enquiries
- Processing orders, invoices and payments
- Ensure franchise standards are met
- Invoicing job cards, cash & warranty
- Selling of Audi Freeway Plans
Requirements:
Matric
Drivers Licence
Very good communication
Honest
Responsible
Self starter
Hard working and a good team player
Neat and well presented
Basic Technical knowledge
Basic salary + commission + company contributions to medical aid and provident fund.
