***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE*** We are looking for a diligent and dedicated Service Advisor for an established dealership. You will be handling a fairly large number of vehicles per day while maintaining open communication lines between customer and workshop and ensuring above average CSI and customer satisfaction. Our client requires someone with a complete and thorough understanding of the role of Service Advisor, who has a very stable work history and can work without supervision. Job Requirements At least 2 years of Service Advisor experience within a volume brand dealership Working knowledge of Evolve, Drive, Autoline or a similar DMS Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) A stable work history with contactable references
