Job Description
Our client has an opportunity available for a Service Advisor based in KwaZulu-Natal.
Requirements:
- Must have previous Service Advisor experience- preferably on commercial vehicles.
- Must be computer literate.
- Police clearance since it will be required to work with cash when required.
- Receive customer vehicles at workshop entry.
- Interview the driver or owner and determining the service needs.
- Open job cards on the system.
- Compile service and repair quotes and communicate with customers.
- Obtain authorisation from the customer for the work to be completed.
- Liaise with customers with regards to completion times.
- Receive payment form customers.
