Service Advisor

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their service and repair needs
- Open and manage job cards accurately
- Liaise between customers and workshop technicians
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding vehicle status
- Upsell additional services and maintenance where appropriate
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- Process invoices and handle payments
- Minimum 2 years experience in a service advisor role at a franchised dealership
- Strong understanding of vehicle service procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate (e.g., Kerridge/CDK or similar systems advantageous)
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure professionally
