Job Summary Main job function Our client a leading provider of hot melt and cold glue application systems in South Africa, is seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our dynamic team. We're on a mission to transform the way industries use adhesives, and we need your talent and expertise to help us achieve it. Requirements Completed BCom/Diploma in Business. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Have good verbal (English& Afrikaans) and written communication skills. Be able to work under pressure. Highly detail orientated. Problem solver, reliable & trustworthy Responsibilities As a service administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our adhesive application systems for our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include: Support the service teams and their daily requirements. Processing of all daily service jobs Resolve administrative issues within the service team. Co-ordination of service spares Help with accurate stock management. Assistance with operating the office & front office duties. Manage phone calls and correspondence (switchboard/emails/ letters/ office deliveries/ packages etc.) A Consultant will be in touch if you are shortlisted for the position.
