Description
As a Senior Waiter, you will play a key part in ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless, world-class dining experience. You will support the Front of House leadership team, guide junior waiters, and deliver service that complements the restaurant's reputation for refined, high-quality dining.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver polished, professional, and intuitive service in a high-end setting.
• Manage your section with confidence, ensuring attention to detail in every interaction.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide informed menu and wine recommendations.
• Support and mentor junior staff to maintain service excellence.
• Uphold the restaurant's luxury standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior waiter in fine dining, luxury hotels, or upmarket restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, with wine knowledge advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, refined environment.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for exceptional hospitality.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary: R7,000 per month
• Tips: Expected monthly earnings of R18,000 - R25,000 including tips
