Job Description
A well-established Travel company is seeking Senior Travel Designer - Groups & Incentives
Qualification:
Matric certificate - with math's Tertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism/hospitality.
Experience:
5-8 years' experience at a Senior level. Experience in handling customer relationships and developing & promoting product and services in the inbound travel industry. Working knowledge of TourPlan and WISH or similar booking/operating system. General product knowledge on Southern & East Africa. Onsite operational experience with incentive and specialist groups in Southern and East Africa. Logistical and group management experience.
Skills:
Excellent attention to detail. Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, email & Internet) Creative, organized and good communication skills. Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy.
