Plan and share with the broader team a seasonal training calendar (in-store - Digital- in-person)
Develop 365 approaches to learning for fundamental performance footwear styles across running and training
Setting up & developing digital training sessions on new innovations/styles
Work close with the Totalsport in-store specialist teams and programs to build a close connection to give the instore teams the education & confidence to recommend the right performance styles to consumers
Lead the planned in-person workshops, which will take place every 6 months in posable 4 locations
Drive instore trial activations
Report on seasonal training & sell-through & performance
The ability to travel frequently across South Africa
Operations
Give seasonal detailed customer experience feedback linked to sell-through
Be on the ground & touch base with store staff on a regular basis to test and ensure learning outcomes are achieved
New ways to elevate & engage store teams to learn efficiently
Seasonal budget management for the year (staff training & activations)
Qualifications and Experience:
A Matric qualification
A relevant degree (preferable)
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Retail experience in performance footwear is essential
Experience in training
