Overview of the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced

Senior Technician

to join our growing team. This full-time, senior-level position is ideal for someone with strong

plumbing and electrical experience

, a

technical and diagnostic mindset

, and a background in

water purification systems

. The ability to

quote and consult with customers on-site

is a key part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water purification systems for residential and commercial clients. Conduct on-site assessments and recommend appropriate solutions. Prepare and present customer quotes directly on-site. Deliver excellent service and assist in on-the-spot sales consultations. Support and guide junior technicians as needed. Maintain accurate records of service visits and work completed.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of electrical experience

(essential).

Water purification experience

(important).

Technical aptitude

- ability to assess, diagnose, and resolve system issues.

Sales knowledge

- confident in quoting and offering tailored solutions.

Plumbing experience or knowledge

(advantageous). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
