SUMMARY:
An Internal Vacancy exists for a Senior Technician in the Technical RBM Division based in KZN.The suitable candidates main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:POSITION INFO:

• Maintenance of Electronic Security Equipment;
• Regular communication and development of a good relationship with client;
• Attention to detail on all aspects of relevant responsibilities
• Adhering to the Agreement between the client and the company;
• Adhering to Health and Safety regulations;
• Feedback to SLA manager;
• Problem Solving / Project Management of small projects;
• Management and Control of Documentation, including Registers, Overtime and Route Sheets;
• Submission of fault reports on the system;
• Revision of Work in Progress reports and the financial implications thereof;
• Available to be on standby if and when required;

Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• PSIRA certification;
• Must be AVIGILON certified;
• Must be Paradox alarm certified;
• Cathexis certification;
• Computer literacy is a must;
• Network ability;
• Fault finding and trouble shooting ability is key;
• Sound knowledge/experience and understanding of Access Control and IP surveillance system;
• Relevant experience in similar position advantageous;
• Excellent security equipment installation skills;
• Excellent trouble shooting and fault finding skills;
• Excellent written & verbal communication and skills;
• A good working knowledge of MS Office;
• Valid Drivers license;
• Proven track record in the Electronics Security Industry;
• Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
