Job Description
SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Technical Sales Representative to specialize in selling Variable Speed Drives (VSDs), with a primary focus on the HVAC market.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, sales experience, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for VSD solutions in the
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing technical expertise and support.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of VSDs in energy efficiency and operational cost savings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive pipeline management and client engagement.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in VSD technology.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical sales
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, energy efficiency solutions, and industrial applications.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
