• Proven leader in IT infrastructure projects with strong attention to detail.
• Higher ICT qualification or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years as a System Engineer.
• Skilled in server management, networking, cloud solutions (e.g., Office 365, Azure), and virtualization.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Flexible working hours for urgent situations or major projects.

Beneficial requirements:

• Fluent in French is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (email, phone, and in-person).
• Proficient in writing guides,
• Critically evaluate and improve existing procedures.
• manuals, and IT audits.
• Microsoft certifications or willingness to obtain them soon.
• Detail-oriented and solution-driven.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Supporting colleagues and helping to elevate the company by developing innovative solutions.
• Providing technical support to customers for innovative cloud solutions.
• Implementing cloud solutions for clients.
• Handling open tickets remotely or onsite at client locations.
• Monitoring systems via our customer dashboard.
• Performing upgrades for clients to keep their systems up to date.
• Installing and managing new technological solutions.
