Senior Supervisor
Job Description
To perform specific tasks associated with water connections during the maintenance and repair work through the supervision of staff.
Key Responsibility Areas
Completes requisition forms for plant, equipment and material required.
Performs general administrative/clerical functions.
Installs meters in response to urgent requests and installs water connections.
Liaise with members of the public with regards to any factors relating to works requests.
Ensures that the work schedule is prioritised and adhered to and that all work completed is in accordance with the set specifications.
Promotes safety and accident prevention on all sites and ensures all work undertaken is in
compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Repairs and replaces fittings which become faulty subsequent to installation.
Supervises the work of the General Workers.

Essential Requirements
Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
Trade Tested Artisan (Plumbing).
Valid motor vehicle driving license
3 years relevant experience

4 Years relevant experience.
