About Us

Morgner Roofing (Pty) Ltd specializes in roofing projects from new roofing, roof replacements including structure and repairs, as well as waterproofing and painting for both residential and commercial buildings. Our team is committed to delivering excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship to every project.

As a Supervisor/Foreman at Morgner Roofing you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating waterproofing projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and high-quality work standards.

Project Management: Oversee project timelines, material procurement, and scheduling to ensure efficient and timely project completion.

Quality Assurance: Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest quality standards are met in every aspect of the project.

Client Communication: Liaise with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.

Training and Development: Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum [6] years of experience in supervising and staff supervising in waterproofing.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.

Project Management: Strong organizational skills, adept at managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.

Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work comfortably at heights.

Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
