Job Description
Technical Competencies and responsibilities
- Must have a minimum of B Tech Civil Engineering/Pr Eng
- Must be registered as a Pr CM with SACPCMP - Not negotiable
- At least 12 years of experience as a Civils Site Agent
- Outstanding communication and admin skills
- Excellent track record of civil projects completed & delivered
- Ability to manage & motivate sub-contractors
- Strong knowledge of Safety, Health, Environment & Quality in civil construction
- In depth technical knowledge of civil construction
- Analytical thinking and attention detail
- Understand/ contribute and implement the quality assurance plan.
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety.
- Financial acumen and a full understanding of cost and allowable.
- Communicate/ Collaborate with other Site Agent.
- Ethical behaviour
