Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Midrand for a Senior Store Manager. The Senior Store Manager will oversee store operations across South Africa, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through excellent service, and drive retail performance. Responsibilities include managing staff, implementing effective store management strategies, addressing customer concerns promptly, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role also involves enhancing store profitability by focusing on areas such as retail loss prevention and comprehensive team supervision to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide an excellent shopping experience and address inquiries effectively. Renewable Energy Industry background is highly preferred Outstanding Communication skills to engage with customers and team members, fostering a positive and productive environment. Proven experience in Store Management (Chain Stores) and ability to supervise and motivate a team towards operational and financial performance. Retail Loss Prevention knowledge and skills to safeguard store assets and maintain profitability. Leadership and problem-solving abilities to manage complex operations efficiently and adapt to challenging situations. Prior experience in retail management or a related field with a strong track record of success. Relevant educational qualifications or certificates in business management, retail, or similar disciplines are advantageous. Valid driver's license Own vehicle is an added advantage Willing to travel across South Africa
