Our client has a position available for a Senior Specialist in the Eastly-Stage Advisory Services department.

Requirements:

KPAs:

Provide advice and support to sector SBUs and Post investment segments in respect of their clients who are showing early signs of financial stress.
Conduct detailed business diagnostics focusing on business dimensions.
Provide early-stage support to all size enterprises to collaboratively grow clients.
Provide management consulting services in the area of leadership, governance and business strategies.
Provide domain knowledge and expertise to support clients to realize profit and growth.
Stakeholder management and engagement to ensure alignment of roles and responsibilities.
Coach and mentor clients to build organizations capabilities.
Provide pre- and post-investment support through internal resources.
