Job Description
Job Summary Candidate Requirements:
- Must have at least three to five years in a similar, luxury lodge kitchen
- A Rwandan National is preferred
- Must have an outstanding Food Portfolio
- Must have a full understanding of kitchen procedure
- The ability to design a menu is essential
- Great knowledge of different dietary requirements
- Must have the ability to train and oversee staff
- A good understanding of labour legislation
- Must be extremely passionate about the job!
- Solid understanding of hygiene and associated protocols
- Must be very well-presented and well-groomed
- Brilliant communication skills both written and spoken
- Must be positive and motivated
- Excellent stamina and willingness to go above and beyond
- Must have genuine love for guest delight
