SUMMARY:
SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (C#) - CENTURION @ R1.2M PER ANNUM
POSITION INFO:
A leader in short-term insurance administration is looking for a sharp, solutions-driven professional Senior Software Developer to join their team and help drive innovation across their suite of insurance administration platforms.
In this role, you will play a key role in building cutting-edge digital insurance platforms and designing secure and high-performance systems that power the next generation of insurance services.

Requirements:

• Five years working experience in an IT environment meeting the following criteria
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET Core, React, Node.js)
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services
• Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid knowledge of Agile development practices and tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD, Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Familiarity with secure development practices and data protection regulations (e.g., POPIA, GDPR)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BTech IT or Informatics, Software

, or related field.
