Support configuration, testing, training, data migration, and change management workstreams as part of project implementations.
Collaborate effectively with team members and customers, communicating clearly and confidently both verbally and in writing.
Work on multiple initiatives simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Share knowledge with customers and mentor fellow consultants on the team.

Consult on implementation projects.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, HR, or a related field. Associate or Professional level certification in one or more of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules: Recruiting Management, Onboarding, and Employee Central Core. 9+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience. 8+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules in a lead role.
