My client is on the lookout for a Strategic Management Consultant who can pivot with purpose, synthesise like a CEO, and bring bold thinking to boardrooms across industries.
At this firm, you wont just tick boxes - youll connect the dots, shape the narrative, and help clients out-think their competition.
As Strategic Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of clients by providing strategic guidance, innovative solutions and driving growth.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Build strong connections with clients to better understand their businesses and provide tailored assistance
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, providing guidance and strategic insights
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and analysis of organizational structures, processes, and culture to identify areas for improvement and recommend tailored strategies
• Create and present plans to implement suggested improvements effectively
• Consolidate the results of analysis and offer comprehensive solutions to clients
• Synthesize takeaways and recommendations from complex information, using both qualitative and quantitative methods
• Support the implementation of change management initiatives
• Interpret research into meaningful insights

Education Requirements:

• Completed Degree in relevant field
• Post-graduate / Honours qualification is a strong preference

Job Requirements and Skills:

• 2 to 4 years' experience in a management consulting position, encompassing functional business management, strategy consulting or corporate strategy
• Proven experience in managing and executing projects, with successful delivery and implementation
• Successful track record of managing large profitable accounts and overseeing the execution of complex projects
• Ability to interpret requirements and business rules and system analysis, design, development and implementation
• Proficiency in providing vision and strategy for client proposals
• Excellent report writing skills
• Significant business acumen, understanding the key drivers of business success
• Core consulting skills, including research, analysis and presentation
• Deadline driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player
