Komatsu has an opportunity for a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to join the ICT department. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience with a focus on SAP HCM/SuccessFactors business systems administration, analysis and project management. Knowledge in the following modules is essential: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central; Performance Management; Recruitment; Onboarding; Succession Planning & People Analytics.

Diploma in IT (NQF 6)
SAP Certified Application Associate - SuccessFactors Employee Central Core (Essential)
SAP Success Factors Associate Certification - Performance & Goals (Essential)
SAP Success Factors Associate - Recruiting Management (Essential)
SAP Success Factors Professional - Onboarding (Essential)
SAP Employee Central Payroll experience (Essential)
SAP Success Factors Associate - Succession management (Advantage)
SAP Success Factors Professional - Compensation (Advantage)
Specific experience requirements:
2 years' experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors business systems administration, analysis and project management
Experience with SAP Cloud Connector
Proven experience with interfaces (Payroll, Cloud)
Knowledge requirements:
Knowledge of data structures/data models
Knowledge of organisational & HR Master Data
Basic knowledge of Human Resources business processes
MS Office (Excel - Intermediate)
Job specifications:
Plans projects, initiatives and change plans with commensurate budgets and gains approval.
Monitors SAP SF system integrity.
Liaises with users, business process owners, end users in operational units, systems consultants & internal/external audit.
Assists with change management for new module implementation
Assists with SAP change control.
Conducts testing as per procedure.
Responsible for the review and resolution of issues, risks and business impacts for the owned process.
Implements measures to ensure standardised reporting compliance.
Executes maintenance for Employee Self Service (Employee Central)
Administrates Success Factors users
Maintains templates for recruitment & selection
Maintains workflows
Conducting end-user training for SF
Maintains cloud integration
Configures SF Performance Management requirements
Executes project plans for new implementations
Monitors integration content
Monitors application errors
Monitors the Payroll integration/interface
Assists with & fixes data errors
Administers and assists with user administration
