Job Description

This position will allow you to take your career to new heights while collaborating with a talented team to implement, enhance, and support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes. Your expertise will help drive financial efficiency and compliance for our diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of superior solutions tailored to their unique business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP FICO implementations from design through go-live and support phases. Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and provide innovative SAP solutions. Configure financial accounting and controlling modules as per industry standards and client-specific needs. Oversee data migration processes to maintain data integrity. Conduct thorough testing of configurations and prepare project documentation. Deliver training and support to clients' staff to ensure effective system utilization. Stay informed on SAP FICO updates to ensure best practices are followed. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure the integration of FI/CO with other SAP modules.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. 5+ years of significant experience in SAP FI/CO consulting and support. Deep understanding of financial and accounting principles. Expertise in configuring SAP FI/CO modules including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, and CO modules. Familiarity with integration aspects of FI/CO with other SAP modules (such as MM and SD). Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. SAP FICO certification highly preferred.
