About the Role

Scale Shore Consulting is looking for a talented

Senior Salesforce Developer

to join our dynamic team and help us enhance, optimize, and customize our Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, development, and integration, along with a passion for solving complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce tools. Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts. Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using APIs and middleware tools. Maintain data integrity and troubleshoot issues within the Salesforce environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve platform performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 5-8

years of experience

as a Salesforce Developer. Proficiency in

Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce

. Experience with

Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

. Salesforce Developer Certification(s) (e.g.,

Platform Developer I/II

) preferred. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
