Job Description

TechUnity Inc; is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Representative with a proven track record in selling software products or services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across both B2B and B2C sales models, with strong capabilities in inbound and outbound sales. This role requires a consultative seller who can engage decision-makers within software product companies, manage complex sales cycles, and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities



Drive end-to-end sales activities for software products and services, including lead qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure

Manage both inbound and outbound sales pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion of prospects into customers

Engage with key stakeholders within software product companies, including CXOs, product heads, IT leaders, and procurement teams

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs and pain points

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on value propositions and customer expectations

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets



Required Experience and Skills



Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on software products or services

Demonstrated experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments

Hands-on experience with inbound and outbound calling, including cold calling and lead nurturing

Proven ability to sell to software product companies or technology-driven organizations

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Experience managing long and complex sales cycles

Proficiency with CRM systems and sales productivity tools

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team

Preferred Qualifications



Experience selling SaaS, enterprise software, or IT services

Exposure to global or international sales markets

Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technology solutions
