ENVIRONMENT:
A highly experienced & strategic-thinking Senior Sales Executive is wanted by a leading Digital Business Solutions company to drive growth, strengthen our market presence, and help shape the companys next phase of development. The ideal candidate will bring proven international experience, strong commercial acumen, and a hands-on approach to building relationships, expanding markets, and optimizing business systems. This role requires both strategic leadership and operational involvement perfect for someone who thrives in a scaling environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You must have experience building a sales function from the ground up, including hiring and developing a team, and leading the selection, implementation, and optimisation of a CRM system. It is also essential for applicants to have international experience.
DUTIES:
Sales & Business Development -

  • Lead and grow the companys sales function, driving revenue growth across existing and new markets.
  • Build a high-performing Sales team from the ground up including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities locally and internationally.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
Marketing & Brand Development -
  • Oversee marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted campaigns, proposals, and client materials.
  • Provide input on go-to-market strategies for new products or service offerings.
Systems & Operations -
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing optimisation of a CRM system to support scalable sales processes.
  • Monitor, maintain, and improve business development and CRM systems.
  • Ensure efficient tracking of sales performance, pipeline, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align business objectives with product capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • A formal qualification in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related
  • Hands-on experience owning a CRM system end-to-end.
  • Experience training teams on CRM usage and enforcing best-practice sales processes.
  • Ability to analyse CRM data to drive forecasting, performance insights, and strategic decision-making.
  • International experience is essential.
