Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative / SDR Team Lead to drive outbound pipeline generation while supporting and guiding a team of SDRs. This is a hands-on, player-coach role suited for high-performing SDRs or current SDR Team Leads who can consistently hit targets and help elevate team performance through coaching, process adherence, and quality execution.
You will balance individual contribution with light leadership responsibilities, acting as a role model for outbound execution and sales discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Own personal outbound salestargets while generating qualified meetings and pipeline
Serve as a player-coach by mentoring and supporting junior SDRs on calls, messaging, and workflows* Review calls*, emails, and sequences to provide practical, actionable feedback Support onboarding and ramping of new SDRhires
Ensure consistent use of CRM*, lead management, and outreach best practices Collaborate with salesleadership to share field insights and improve outbound strategy
Help maintain high activity, quality, and performance standards across the SDRteam
Required Qualifications
Experience as an SDR or Senior SDR in a high-volume outbound salesenvironment
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding SDRtargets
Experience mentoring, coaching, or acting as a Team Lead or senior peer
Strong outbound prospecting, objection handling, and qualification skills
Comfortable working in structured, metric-driven salesenvironments
Non-negotiable:
Prior experience working in fully remote roles, fluency with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as an SDRTeam Lead, Pod Lead, or player-coach
Experience supporting onboardingor ramping of new SDRs
Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot*, Outreach, Salesloft)
