About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, results-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to own the outreach process, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals with businesses in need of paid media support. This is a performance-focused role with direct visibility into impact and growth potential. Key Responsibilities
Build and manage an outbound sales pipeline using platforms like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold email
Conduct outreach and pitch digital advertising services, including PPC, paid social, and programmatic media
Book and lead discovery calls with qualified business leads
Track activity and deals in a CRM system to maintain strong pipeline hygiene
Collaborate with internal content and delivery teams to align expectations and client handoffs
Report weekly on outreach activity, conversion rates, and closed deals
Continuously refine messaging, outreach tactics, and target segments to improve performance
Ideal Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally within digital marketing, media, or advertising
Strong written and verbal English communication skills - confident in client-facing conversations
Proficiency in sales tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern CRM platforms
Self-starter with a hunter mentality - thrives in autonomous environments and takes initiative
Comfortable with performance metrics and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Bonus: Understanding of paid digital media channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
