Job Description
Our client, a major roads and civil engineering contractor, has an urgent requirement for an experienced Senior Roads Estimator to join their team in Woodmead, Sandton. This is a critical appointment for a specialist roads estimator with proven experience on large-scale SANRAL projects.
This is a highly specialized role requiring specific SANRAL tender experience on mega-projects valued between R500 million to R4 billion. SANRAL Tender Experience (mandatory)
Minimum Requirements:
- Sc / B.Tech / National Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
- Minimum 10-15 years of roads and highway estimating experience
- Extensive background on national road projects
- Experience with mega-project estimating (R500m+)
- Track record of successful tender submissions
- Ability to manage large-scale estimates with numerous work packages
- Advanced proficiency in CCS Candy
- Large contractor background is essential
- Valid driver's license
- Salary: negotiable.
