Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a restaurant management or senior supervisory role within a high-volume or full-service establishment.
Hands-on experience with GAAP or Dawn Plan POS systems.
Strong Excel capability for reporting, costing, and performance tracking.
Proven experience managing teams of 20+ employees.
Knowledge of stock control, cost management, and cash-up procedures.
Excellent organisational and communication skills with attention to operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all daily restaurant operations to maintain service and quality standards.
Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen teams to meet performance objectives.
Oversee inventory control, stock rotation, and supplier coordination to achieve budgeted cost targets.
ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food-handling regulations.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales, labour, and cost of goods.
Work closely with ownership to implement business strategies and operational improvements
