? Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations ?
/p
p
Manage and lead a team of staff, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring ?
/p
p
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction ?
/p
p
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene ?
/p
p
Handle staff scheduling, labour cost control, and general HR-related duties ?
/p
p
Assist with budgeting, cost control, stock management, and supplier relations ?
/p
p
Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety, and liquor licensing regulations ?
/p
p
Handle customer complaints and ensure swift and professional resolution ?
/p
p
Drive marketing initiatives and contribute to promotions and events planning ?
/p
p
Ensure all operational procedures are followed and improved where necessary ?
/p
p
? Requirements:
/p
p
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant environment ?
/p
p
Strong leadership and team management skills ??????
/p
p
Excellent communication and customer service abilities ?
/p
p
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including stock control and cost management ?
/p
p
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively ?
/p
p
Proficient in point-of-sale systems and general computer literacy ?
/p
p
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required ?
/p
p
