Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- 5+ Years proven managerial experience within the hospitality/restaurant industry
- Excellent understanding of financials such as gross profit, COGS and inventory control
- Knowledge of POS and restaurant software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multi-task between the restaurant and organised events
- Detail-orientated and strong analytical skills
- willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Able to start as soon as possible
