5+ Years proven managerial experience within the hospitality/restaurant industry
Excellent understanding of financials such as gross profit, COGS and inventory control
Knowledge of POS and restaurant software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to multi-task between the restaurant and organised events
Detail-orientated and strong analytical skills
willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Able to start as soon as possible
