Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years' management experience in hospitality or restaurant settings
- Matric certificate
- Stable work history with sober habits
- Willingness to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle guest feedback
- Calm, proactive, and resourceful under pressure
- Hands-on leadership style with a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable with HR, stock control, and admin duties
- Ability to build rapport across departments and maintain service standards
- Own transport and valid driver's license
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and service alignment.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house.
- Manage stock control, HR processes, and administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
