Are you a seasoned operational leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, service delivery, and large-scale customer environments. A global industrial technology company is looking for a strong regional leader to oversee technical operations, customer support, and multi-country field teams across the MEA region.
This role is ideal for someone who has led complex technical environments, managed cross-border teams, and driven operational excellence in industries such as heavy industry technology, industrial automation, digital platforms, OEM equipment, or large-scale field service organisations.
What You'll Lead

• Regional oversight of technical operations and service delivery

• Multi-country field teams responsible for deployments, maintenance, and customer support
• Large-scale project execution and technology rollouts
• Service quality, availability, uptime, and customer experience
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, commercial, and product teams
• Continuous improvement, capability building, and workforce transformation
• Operational performance metrics, governance, and reporting

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in technical operations, service delivery, field engineering, or support leadership
• Experience across Africa, Middle East, or other multi-country environments
• Background in heavy industry / industrial systems & technology, OEM hardware/software, or digital/IoT platforms (non negotiable)
• Proven leadership of distributed technical teams
• Strong project execution capability (software + hardware environments)
• Ability to drive operational excellence, process improvements, and customer satisfaction
• Strategic thinker who can balance long-term planning with hands-on execution
• Strong stakeholder engagement capability at senior/executive levels
• Willingness to travel regionally when required
