We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant - Key Accounts to drive business growth, expand our footprint with our exisitng banking clients into new vertical markets, and build sound, profitable client and partner relationships.
What you'll be doing:
Building new client footprints and expanding into new markets
Growing opportunities within existing accounts
Leading high-level client discussions with commercial maturity
Designing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Strengthening partnerships and motivating internal teams
What we're looking for:
3+ years Recruitment - Key Account Management experience with an indepth understanding of banking verticals (AML, Risk, Credit, ESG etc)
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Degree in Business, Marketing / related (very pref)
A proactive, commercially astute team player
