Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Our client is a privately owned Construction Consultancy with an extensive and varied list of clients. They are passionate about the services they deliver and are committed to delivering the highest level of service, value and innovation to their clients. Due to an increase in their current work load they are currently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their current team based in Leeds. To be considered for this role you will be Degree qualified ideally within Quantity Surveying or something similar and have gained a couple of years' experience since graduation as a minimum and this needs to ideally be within another Consultancy or a client-side organisation. You will be able to and have gained experience managing/running your own projects a various sizes and be happy to work as a senior member of the team in Leeds. The workload is varied, and they are currently working on projects within Commercial, residential, education, healthcare and with private developers. In return they are offering a competitive salary and package, MRICS would be desirable but is not essential if you have gained the relevant level of previous experience in a similar role.
