Job Summary Job title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Cape Town)This is a full-time consulting position for a Senior Quantity Surveyor the Company.Responsibilities:Overseeing and managing project deliverablesEnsuring that deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards Cost Estimation and BudgetingContract ManagementProcurementCost Control and MonitoringSite Visits and InspectionsDocumentation and ReportingClient and Stakeholder CommunicationMinimum Qualifications:Honours degree in Quantity SurveyingAt least 5 years' experience post registration as a Quantity SurveyorRegistration with the South African Council of the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP)Key skills:Ability to prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)Experience in cost planning and analysisExcellent data management and quantitative skillsKnowledge of construction industry standards and regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesConduct meetings with project stakeholdersWork with limited supervisionProficient in WinQS and DimensionX softwareProficient in MS Office (Excel)To apply, please send your cv and pay slip toAtripleA recruitment & tempsRecruiter
