We are committed to equal employment opportunities and value diversity in the workplace.Job PurposeResponsible for independently owning and driving Quality performance and compliance within a key strategic site within dsm-firmenich.Responsible for both Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions you will drive change and knowing that Quality is a key differentiator enabling business growth while safeguarding the company, its customers, and its consumers.ResponsibilitiesDrive the site mission and objectives within Quality, following Global and Regional strategy, to meet business and customers' requirements.Drive Quality culture and continuous improvement within the team and site.Manage and monitor Internal Non Conformances and Customer Complaints to drive performance and aid effective communication to our internal and external customers.Leadership, Execution, and Implementation of Quality Management System in conformance to FSSC22000, ISO9001, RSPO and other applicable standards.Support right first-time production and effective Quality Control decision making and drive efficiency in the Quality Control Laboratory.Manage and coach the Quality teams ensuring effective succession plans are in place to encourage and develop the growth of the teams.Build effective relationships with Business Partners to offer support to internal customers driving best in class Quality Excellence.You BringBachelors degree or higher in scientific orientation (chemistry, biochemistry, food industry).Or Experience of 5 to 10 years' experience as a team manager in a quality role.Experience in management of Quality Management Systems.Good knowledge in Quality Management Systems (FSSC22000, ISO 9001, RSPO, Organic, ISO 22716,Excellent communication skills adaptable to different stakeholders.Rigorous and data-driven; able to make decisions autonomously and work in a fast-paced environment.Fluent with informatic skills (Office Suite, LIMS, SAP etc).Technically proficient/knowledgeable in chemical procedures, physical measurements, GC, GCMS, HPLC, and other standard tests.Ideally experience in sensory analysisGood knowledge in Quality Management Systems (FSSC22000, ISO 9001, RSPO, Organic etc.)We BringA rich history and a promising future of bold scientific innovation and passionate creation with our customers;A culture that prioritizes safety and well-being, both physically and mentally;The opportunity to work for a company where sustainability is much more than a claim and is core to our strategy and purpose;A firm belief that working together with our customers is the key to achieving great things;An eagerness to be one team and learn from each other to bring progress to life and create a better futureWe offer competitive pay, career growth opportunities, and outstanding benefit programsOur Commitmentdsm-firmenich is fully dedicated to inclusion because when people feel engaged and empowered, their creativity and innovation drives unprecedented progress.
