We are looking for your expertise as a Senior Proposal Manager / Proposal Manager to support tendering efforts for large-scale infrastructure, marine, energy, and civil engineering projects, ensuring proposals are compliant, competitive, and aligned with client expectations. This role is based in based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal strategy and development.
- Project support and co-ordination.
- Quality and compliance.
- Regional and market expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering in related discipline, or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years of related work experience in similar industries, exposure to international markets and GCC is must.
