Are you a natural negotiator who lives for the thrill of closing a deal?We're searching for a Real Estate Dealmaker. Someone bold, driven, and passionate about turning opportunities into results.
In this role, you'll take the lead in driving new business, growing our property portfolio, and securing exclusive mandates from landlords and investors. You'll be the deal-closer, the relationship builder, and the face of a brand that values initiative, ambition, and integrity.
What You'll Do
Proactively source and secure new property mandates
Build strong, long-term relationships with property owners and investors
Conduct valuations, presentations, and negotiations to win exclusive listings
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding of new properties
Track performance and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
What You'll Bring
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
A confident, results-oriented attitude with a hunger for success
Previous experience in real estate or business development (advantageous)
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
A valid driver's license and your own vehicle
